Floc de Gascogne is a rich and aromatic blend of Armagnac and unfermented grape juice (called “mistelle”) made according to a traditional Gascony recipe originating in the 16th century. Both grape juice and Armagnac must come from the same vineyard and are stored for at least 10 months following blending. The Chiroulet estate has for the last two decades had a solid reputation as producers of great Flocs de Gascogne.
A pink tint of steeped raspberries with warm reflections. Aromas of candied spice and fairly pulpy red fruits (cherries/cherry liqueur/rose).
